Characteristics : Identity and elegance. Fairly full-bodied and spicy wine profile. There are exotic, woody and sweet spice notes. A vintage that shows us another facet of chardonnay on a specific terroir. A cuvée which is quite fresh, slender and very mineral like the wines of Mesnil sur Oger.
Aging in barrels, in close contact with the lees, exacerbates the texture and minerality of this wine to leave an almost salty sensation on the finish. A qualitative year 2018 that allows to find the elegance of a great classic that goes perfectly with the vinification in wood and the terroir.
Food & wine pairing : An amateur wine, quite racy and with a certain rigor, which can be served as an aperitif with shellfish such as langoustines or even with poultry whose flesh will accompany the oak.
